Welcome! I’m Jonathan Klunk, a Louisville-based Realtor passionate about helping clients navigate real estate’s exciting—and sometimes complex—world. Since becoming a licensed Realtor in 2019, I’ve specialized in residential, commercial, and investment properties, with a particular knack for short-term rentals (STRs). Whether you’re buying your first home, selling a property, or looking to maximize your investment portfolio, I’m here to make the process seamless and rewarding.

Before diving into real estate, I spent over a decade in business technology sales with Fortune 100 companies. That corporate experience honed my negotiation, strategy, and problem-solving skills—all of which I now use to advocate fiercely for my clients. My entrepreneurial spirit led me to co-found Louisville’s first and largest short-term rental management company. By 2020, we managed over 70 properties, employed seven full-time staff members, and ranked as the fifth-largest “hotel” in Louisville by bed count. This hands-on experience gave me invaluable insights into creative financing, tax strategies, and asset protection—expertise I now share with my investor clients.

In 2021, I became a founding partner of Six Degrees Real Estate, where I helped build a brokerage rooted in innovation and collaboration. In 2023, I joined eXp Realty to expand my ability to serve clients locally, across all 50 states, and internationally. As an investor myself – owning both long-term and short-term rental properties – I bring a unique perspective to every transaction. My goal is to help you not just buy or sell but build wealth through smart and innovative real estate decisions.

I live in Old Louisville with my husband of seven years and our three cats in an 1876 Victorian home that we lovingly restored. When I’m not working with clients or scouting the next great property deal, you’ll find me exploring Louisville’s vibrant culinary scene, gardening, or enjoying our second home in Boone, North Carolina. Travel is another passion—especially throughout Europe—where I draw inspiration for architecture and design.
