Welcome! I’m Jonathan Klunk, a Louisville-based Realtor specializing in residential real estate, commercial properties, and investment real estate throughout Louisville, KY. Since becoming a licensed Louisville Realtor in 2019, I’ve helped clients buy and sell homes, maximize their investment portfolios, and navigate the exciting world of short-term rentals (STRs).

Before my real estate career, I spent over a decade in business technology sales with Fortune 100 companies, sharpening my negotiation and strategy skills—now used to advocate for my real estate clients. I co-founded Louisville’s first and largest short-term rental management company, managing over 70 properties and ranking among the top “hotels” in Louisville by bed count. This experience gives me unique insight into creative financing, tax strategies, and asset protection for real estate investors.

In 2021, I became a founding partner of Six Degrees Real Estate, building an innovative Louisville brokerage. In 2023, I joined eXp Realty Louisville to better serve clients locally, across Kentucky, and nationwide. As a Louisville real estate investor myself, I offer first-hand knowledge of both long-term and short-term rental properties.

I live in Old Louisville with my husband and our three cats in a restored 1876 Victorian home. When I’m not working with clients or scouting Louisville’s best property deals, I enjoy exploring the city’s vibrant culinary scene, gardening, and traveling—especially throughout Europe for design inspiration.
